& Shared Site Design
Thoughtful planning for multiple homes on one site.
This service is for sites that will support more than one dwelling, including multi-generational living, shared ownership, or staged development over time.
The process begins with early planning to define:

Number and size of dwellings
Relationships between households
Long-term flexibility
From there, we develop a clear design direction before moving into layout and form.

Granny Flat / Minor Dwelling Design
Site-responsive design for secondary homes under 70 m².
Our granny flat design service is for secondary dwellings — compact homes designed to work in relation to an existing house.
This includes:
A layout and form designed specifically for your site
A floor plan for a 1 or 2 bedroom home
External elevations to show the overall form and character
1–2 external 3D views to help visualise the design
Clear design intent you can take forward to builders
This service provides a focused, concept-level design for a minor dwelling under 70 m².
